David is a highly-experienced business professional, skilled in both web development and commercial business software. He’s an entrepreneur, too. After some initial years in the corporate world, he started a Software Services business and in 2003 his own web development firm -- DB Consulting Group -- with a client base of small to mid-size businesses.

Earlier in his career, David worked for a diverse set of companies: Harley-Davidson in motorcycle sales; as an IBM Business Partner in hardware/ software sales & development; Material Sciences as Director of Information Services; and Shell Oil Co as an accountant/system analyst/operations supervisor. Beasley also has done contract programming & consulting and developed a Financial Modeling software package.

David has valued the experience he has obtained in working with the many entrepreneurs of Small Business Companies. Implementing change and new software systems lead to many different directions in solving business issues. It was a rare opportunity to learn from the entrepreneurial owners who provided insights to the many functional aspects of running a business.

Credentials -- he’s accumulated over 500 hours of on-line web design education. Courses included Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash ActionScript, Javascript, digital photography, web design, video production, podcasting, and many others.

David is also passionate about videography, Harley’s and flying private planes.
